Soji is an abbreviation of the Yoruba name Adesoji, which when used in everyday vernacular, means to be knowledgeable about something or street smart. For example, 'she’s too soji' means 'she's very smart'. It also means efficient or soldier-like in Patois - a nice bind between our shared and individual cultures.
Soji is woven from the threads of passion, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to transforming how small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) approach marketing.
I'm Theo Amu, and together with my esteemed partner and friend Elliott Reid and a shared vision to make a real difference, we created Soji.
Elliott Reid, or “Ell” (as I call him) is a talented Osteopath and an incredibly savvy Marketer, He embarked on his entrepreneurial voyage with the Revitalize Clinic in 2013. Within an astonishingly short span of four years, Ell not only cultivated a staggering clientele of 10,000 but also achieved an astounding growth rate of 1000 new clients annually. His success was rooted in a deep understanding of his client's needs and a commitment to serving the community with a business built on genuine relationships.
My journey, on the other hand, was shaped by a decade-long tenure managing up to multi-million-pound marketing budgets and obtaining an MBA. My forte lies in engineering automated systems that propel start-up and SME marketing to new levels. Through a meticulous, data-driven approach, I've honed innovative problem solving strategies that allow me to optimise Return on Investment (ROI) for business success.
Soji Marketing is our shared mission. Our modus operandi revolves around a deep-seated desire to help others. We adopt a consultative, educational, and patient approach, firmly believing in empowering clients to reach Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) they may have deemed unattainable.
Both Ell and I are also acutely aware of the detrimental impact of subpar marketing strategies and are resolute in distinguishing ourselves. Our agency isn't just about rendering services; it's hopefully going to be a beacon for start-ups and SMEs, illuminating the path towards quality marketing and success and away from predatory practices.
At the core of Soji Marketing lies our unwavering belief that ethical marketing isn't just beneficial; it's inherently good. We aim to simplify complex challenges, deploy established and flexible frameworks, standardise workflows, foster collaboration, and enable scalable campaigns, freeing business leaders to focus on holistic growth.
As Ell and I embark on this lifelong mission, we invite you and your business to join us on a journey towards real, sustainable growth.
